Hey Pops, right now it is 10:21pm I am looking at videos on youtube on how to buy my first rental property. I need something to sink my teeth into, I do hate that I have to search through so many you tube videos to get the information I need. I wish there was a school I can enroll into to learn about homes like I did with nursing man would this be much easier. But I am no quitter and my mama didn’t raise no chump. I am excited and motivated so I’ll definitely keep updated. By the way I did have a dream about you last night but it was not any rainbow reunited dream. It was kind of horrible we were arguing but I said that’s just the noise getting into my head and I bypassed it and had a great day at work.
